The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and government entity that represents various public and private entities in the North Texas area. It is the policy of these entities that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Small Business Enterprises Concessionaire (SBECs) have the maximum practical opportunity to participate in their contracting and purchasing activities.

Her leadership style is characterized by her passion, thoughtfulness, and unwavering integrity. She is a servant leader who inspires by example, encouraging others to uphold the same values.
Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Angela's commitment to service extends to her personal life. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Dallas, testament to her exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence.
