The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency serves as the premier certification authority for North Central Texas, upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Our certification efforts align with both the letter and spirit of constitutional and civil rights laws, ensuring a fair and transparent process for businesses seeking certification.

As a Regional Certification Authority, NCTRCA certifies Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs), Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Small Business Enterprise Concessionaires (SBECs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs). We are a 501©3 non-profit and government entity. Our rigorous verification process confirms that applicant firms own, manage, and control business operations of for-profit businesses maintain full compliance with federal, regional, and local regulations and guidelines.

Through certification excellence, NCTRCA empowers businesses to compete at the highest level, fostering greater access to procurement, contracting, and business opportunities. Our commitment to certification integrity strengthens economic growth and creates pathways for success in the marketplace.

New DBE and ACDBE Rules from USDOT

Effective May 9, 2024, the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) implemented significant updates to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession DBE (ACDBE) programs. These changes aim to enhance opportunities for small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, ensuring fair competition for DOT-funded contracts and airport concessions
