The Dallas Accelerator Program will leverage educational resources to support small business growth and capacity building to solidify the stability in the City of Dallas market. The City of Dallas has selected three program operators: Business & Community Lenders (BCL) of Texas, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
