For those that choose to respond to the solicitation via a hard copy (paper bid), please be advised that the delivery of the proposal is outlined in the solicitation document.

Qualifications will be received via PlanetBids.com or delivered to 300 W. Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050, until Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local time), and publicly opened via teleconference at that time for the procurement of the following:

  • RFQ# 24071 – Request for Qualifications to update the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan.
