Volunteer Interest Form

The NCTRCA MET Gala 2026 is a media-covered fundraising event. Photography, videography, and live streaming may occur throughout the venue during all event activities. By volunteering, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos, video, or audio recordings taken during the event. NCTRCA may use such recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, press, and archival purposes without further compensation or notice. This consent applies across all formats and channels including print, digital, broadcast, and online media.

As a volunteer, you may be entrusted with non-public information regarding NCTRCA sponsors, donors, VIP guests, live auction items, financial arrangements, and operational logistics. All such information is strictly confidential. By submitting this form you agree to maintain that confidentiality during and after the event. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required prior to receiving your volunteer confirmation and any event briefing materials.

NCTRCA MET Gala volunteers represent the organization in a professional capacity alongside high-profile executive sponsors, community leaders, artists, and guests. All volunteers are expected to maintain professional attire consistent with the gala dress code, punctuality for all shifts and orientation, respectful and discreet interaction with all attendees, and confidentiality regarding guest and sponsor information. NCTRCA reserves the right to excuse any volunteer whose conduct does not meet these standards.
