Membership Information

NCTRCA Membership: A Strategic Investment in Regional Progress

Membership in the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) is a strategic opportunity for public entities committed to fostering economic development, expanding access to procurement opportunities, and supporting small businesses across the region.

Governmental entities located within the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency’s 16 County Region are eligible to apply for membership. Participation requires acceptance of the terms outlined in the NCTRCA Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, execution of the agreement, and an annual contribution based on population served.

New members are welcomed through a formal application process and are subject to approval by the NCTRCA Board of Directors, which is composed of senior representatives from our member entities.

Membership Fee Structure

Membership assessments are based on the population served by each participating entity, using the most recent estimates published by the State of Texas. This ensures a fair and equitable model that aligns investment with impact.

Our Membership Community

NCTRCA's growing network includes municipalities, regional airports, transit authorities, school districts, colleges and universities, water and utility districts, and associate members such as construction firms and healthcare systems. Together, we are advancing access, accelerating opportunity, and fueling the economic engine of North Central Texas.

To learn more about becoming a member, please contact us (817) 640-0606. Join a coalition committed to creating a stronger, more connected region—one opportunity at a time.
